Job Overview
We are a video security and wireless technology company seeking a highly organized, dynamic and results-driven Sales and Project Coordinator to coordinate sales and project initiatives across our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent vendor and customer service skills and a passion for driving successful project completions. The ideal candidate will oversee quote development, and vendor relations to expedient project implementation, foster client relationships, and ensure sales objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's expansion while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of sales projects and quotes, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors understanding their requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, project and engineering teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on project deliverables within set timelines
  • Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, sales forecasts, and customer feedback for management review
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and implementation process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills

  • Proven experience in project coordination with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client and vendor relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Monday, Asana, Trello, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities

This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make an impact in a growing company while honing their project management expertise.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project Coordination: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • PMI Certification (Preferred)

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
