Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team LeadPosition Overview
The Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team Lead serves as the senior technical lead responsible for integrating, managing, and optimizing intelligence systems, data platforms, and cross-domain solutions in support of the Data Capabilities Division (DCD), Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO). This role provides leadership across system integration efforts, ensures alignment with mission requirements, and supports the delivery of secure, scalable, and interoperable intelligence capabilities across Army and Intelligence Community environments.
The Team Lead will oversee technical execution, coordinate with Government stakeholders, and lead a multidisciplinary team supporting data integration, systems interoperability, and mission-critical intelligence workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, integration, and sustainment of intelligence systems, data platforms, and cross-domain solutions supporting DCD operations
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Government stakeholders, mission partners, and contractor teams
- Oversee system integration activities across data, messaging, and intelligence platforms to ensure seamless interoperability
- Direct and manage a team of engineers, analysts, and integrators supporting multiple task areas
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, data governance, and system accreditation requirements
- Support the development and implementation of data pipelines, messaging services, and enterprise integration frameworks
- Coordinate with mission stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize integration efforts, and resolve technical challenges
- Oversee development of technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and integration plans
- Ensure all deliverables meet contract requirements, quality standards, and CDRL timelines
- Support transition-in and transition-out activities, including knowledge transfer and continuity of operations
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in systems integration, intelligence systems, or enterprise IT environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) contracts (required)
- Experience supporting intelligence operations, data integration, or enterprise systems within classified environments
- Prior experience working with or supporting:
- U.S. Army INSCOM
- Data Capabilities Division (DCD) or similar intelligence/data organizations (highly preferred)
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration efforts across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with:
- Cross-domain solutions
- Data integration and messaging systems
- Cloud and/or hybrid environments
- Intelligence Community (IC) systems and workflows
Security Clearance
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain additional accesses as required (e.g., CI Polygraph, special compartments)
Technical Skills
- Systems integration and enterprise architecture
- Data integration, ETL processes, and messaging frameworks
- Knowledge of intelligence systems and platforms (e.g., AIDP, IC data environments, or similar)
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, NIST 800-53/171)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or DoD cloud environments)
- Strong understanding of secure data sharing and cross-domain solutions
Leadership & Management Skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in a mission-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with Government leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple task areas and locations
- Experience supporting program management, reporting, and performance tracking
Work Environment
- On-site support at Government facilities, including secure environments (SCIF)
- May require travel to multiple CONUS locations in support of mission operations
- Support for 24/7 operational environments as required

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
