POSITION TITLE: Project Supervisor

POSITON TYPE:
Full time, field based, company car included
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Availability Monday thru Saturday
- “Kick-off” new projects giving clear and concise direction to crew leaders
- Ensure crews have the necessary resources and equipment to complete the jobs efficiently
- Comfortability on ladders and roofs
- Manage daily and final checklists corresponding to subcontracting crew performance
- Manage KPI’s for subcontracting crews
- Coordinate internally with RRC Project Controller relative to crew availability and capability
- Oversee roofing & siding installation crews throughout the duration of the project to ensure best practices are being adhered to and that cleanup and jobsite organization is held at the highest level
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, maintaining regular communication throughout the duration of the project. This includes addressing questions, providing daily progress updates, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Manage solar installations from start to completion
- Conduct site visits on various jobs throughout day
- Drop off materials at job sites throughout day
- Adopt and utilize JobProgress (CRM) for all customer data entry, communication, scheduling, and proposals
- Strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers
- Hand out “pardon our noise” door knockers at job start to surrounding neighbors
- Provide daily and weekly reporting to the Director of Field Operations and Production
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Understanding of Customer Resource Management Systems
- Minimum 2 years in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Initiative and tenacity to execute goals
- Ability to lead and direct a team
- Availability Monday thru Saturday
