We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for one of our Florida offices. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in general liability, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters. Must be proficient in handling civil cases through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Florida (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 8-12 years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
- Experience in General Liability and Construction Defect (Required)
