- Drafts motions and/or conduct depositions
- Excels in a fast-paced work environment
- Works well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Handle civil cases through trial
- Must be licensed to practice law in Utah (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 4-10 years of insurance defense (Required)
- Experience in bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense matters (Preferred)
