We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney for our South Carolina office with 1-5 years of experience in construction defect, bodily injury, and other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafts motions and/or conduct depositions
- Excels in a fast-paced work environment
- Works well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 1-5 years of insurance defense (Required)
- Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Preferred)
