Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this position requires the employee to receive shipment of all home testing devices, uploading test data from the devices, sanitizing the devices, reassemble test devices, along with programing and shipping the devices. The position will update invalid addresses and monitor transit reports. This position may be cross trained for other duties, as needed.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
- Receive shipment of test device packages.
- Clean/Sanitize testing devices using germicidal wipes and reassemble the testing devices while wearing required PPE gear.
- Upload testing data from the device using the required applications
- Process accompanying paperwork using the required application
- Charge the testing devices, as needed
- Program testing devices
- Ship testing devices
- Perform shipping Quality Assurance
- Troubleshoot shipping problems (training provided)
- Restock supplies, as needed
- Handle transit reports
- Validate addresses
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in MS Internet Explorer, Excel, and various MS office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Excellent production abilities
- Ability to follow directions easily
- Ability to understand the importance of a “team” concept
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours to meet the requirements of the position.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to speak clearly on the telephone.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer as needed
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
