- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to forecast accurate project costs and requirements
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Experience with construction industry tools, software, and processes is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines effectively
