Job Description
Job Title: Vinyl Cutter
Resilite Sports Product’s core purpose is to provide foam-based tools with a purpose; building relationships and trust by solving problems; with a passion for sports and athletic safety. The Vinyl Cutter is the first department of the Sewn Products Division and contributes to our mission by laying the groundwork for the manufacturing process of the customized foam mats based upon our customers’ needs. The sewing machine operators and our customers depend on the material handler’s timeliness, attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain computerized cutting table(s)
- Maintain detailed inventory levels of all fabric related raw materials
- Ensure a steady workflow for all sewing machine operators
- Assist in Research and Development projects with creation of new patterns
- Edit existing patterns to accommodate customization of products
- Accurately use a tape measure to check work and ensure quality
Job Requirements:

Ability to report to work as scheduled to support business operations
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
Good physical condition and endurance
Performing other department-related duties as assigned
