GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Residential Program Manager, as a member and / or leader of the interdisciplinary team, ensures that all clients receive the best quality services. The RPM promotes a safe and engaging environment for the clients residing within the residence and leads, develops and empowers the residential rehabilitation team for clients, as assigned. The RPM supervises all operations of the residence, manages the day to day routine and has supervisory and leadership responsibility over the direct care staff. Assures that overall strategies, designs, goals, plans and practices are followed in accordance with Resilire Neuro’s mission, vision and values statement, regulatory and accrediting agencies, company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum: High School Diploma
2. 1-2 years of prior experience working in an AFC setting
3. Ability to manage areas of responsibilities according to the regulatory agencies, company policies and procedures.
4. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with RST’s, interdisciplinary team, clients, and families.
5. Valid Driver’s License.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Ability to delegate work and responsibility to various members of the Team.
2. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
3. Be proactive, professional and have ability to motivate others
4. Strong interest in working closely with clients and their families.
5. Flexibility and adaptability.
6. Able to walk and stand for up to 25% of work time. Transferring of clients weighing over 200 pounds is sometimes required.
7. Must be of good moral character.
8. Be capable of appropriately handling an emergency situation.
9. Be suitable to meet the physical emotion, intellectual and social needs of the residents.
10. Competency in reporting requirements, first aide, CPR, client care, supervision and protection of resident, resident rights, safety and fire prevention, prevention and containment of communicable diseases (out of AFC)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
