POSTED ON 5/5/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/4/2026

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Assistant to join the heart of our clinic. This is a pivotal role within an innovative, expanding practice where you aren't just an employee, you are a key partner in our growth.

As a member of the Resilient Pediatric DPC team, you will bring a blend of strong clinical precision and high-level organizational skills. We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys both the hands-on clinical side of pediatrics and the strategic side of clinic operations.

You will work closely with, and report directly to, our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Together, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, providing an elevated standard of care that traditional clinics simply can’t match. If you are passionate about pediatric health and want to be part of a movement that puts families first, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care: Check patients in and complete pediatric lab draws and phlebotomy; ensure a high standard of clinical safety and comfort for patients.
  • Patient Enrollment: Manage the "Meet-and-Greet" and membership enrollment process for new families.
  • Practice Growth: Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement and outreach calls to educate potential clients on the DPC model.
  • Administrative Operations: Handle patient scheduling, document management (scanning/faxing), and EMR data entry.
  • Membership Management: Verify active membership status, update patient demographics, and process patient charges or fee collections.
  • Quality Control: Review and confirm that all new patient documentation is 100% complete prior to the first appointment.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credentials, Registered Nurse (RN) license, or CNA with a Phlebotomy Certificate and relevant experience.
  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is preferred.
  • Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in a fast-paced clinical environment with specific comfort in pediatric care.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and appointment scheduling software.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive, "solutions-focused" mindset and an outgoing attitude.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive within a growing, dynamic boutique practice.
