As a member of the Resilient Pediatric DPC team, you will bring a blend of strong clinical precision and high-level organizational skills. You will work closely with, and report directly to, our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Together, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, providing an elevated standard of care that traditional clinics simply can’t match. Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Check patients in and complete pediatric lab draws and phlebotomy; ensure a high standard of clinical safety and comfort for patients.
- Patient Enrollment: Manage the "Meet-and-Greet" and membership enrollment process for new families.
- Practice Growth: Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement and outreach calls to educate potential clients on the DPC model.
- Administrative Operations: Handle patient scheduling, document management (scanning/faxing), and EMR data entry.
- Membership Management: Verify active membership status, update patient demographics, and process patient charges or fee collections.
- Quality Control: Review and confirm that all new patient documentation is 100% complete prior to the first appointment.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credentials, Registered Nurse (RN) license, or CNA with a Phlebotomy Certificate and relevant experience.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is preferred.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in a fast-paced clinical environment with specific comfort in pediatric care.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and appointment scheduling software.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive, "solutions-focused" mindset and an outgoing attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive within a growing, dynamic boutique practice.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
