Position Overview
Resilient Oilfield Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support and drive execution across multiple field projects in the Permian Basin.
This role is critical to ensuring projects are executed efficiently from start to finish — including coordination, documentation, communication, and follow-through. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of organization between field operations, management, and clients.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role best suited for someone who thrives in operations, takes ownership, and can manage multiple moving parts without constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all project-related activities from kickoff through completion
- Manage and organize project documentation, including:
- Safety plans (SSHPs)
- Schedules
- Bid documents
- Client requirements and compliance items
- Lead and coordinate internal project meetings and ensure alignment across teams
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams and clients
- Serve as a direct point of communication between Resilient and the customer
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and manpower tracking
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time (FVRs, OQs, ISNetworld, etc.)
- Support field teams by coordinating logistics, paperwork, and reporting needs
- Identify gaps or risks in project execution and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or construction/oilfield services preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Experience with industry platforms (ISNetworld, Veriforce, OpenInvoice, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
