Position Overview
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary advocate and relationship owner for assigned clients.
This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional value from their partnership with Resilient IT by maintaining strong relationships, facilitating strategic discussions, aligning services with business objectives, and helping clients navigate operational, cybersecurity, and compliance challenges.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who enjoys working closely with business leaders, understanding their goals, and ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and support needed to succeed.
This is not a quota-driven sales position. Success is measured by client satisfaction, retention, strategic alignment, and long-term relationship growth.
