$44–$48/hour (per-visit compensation in an on-site outpatient setting)

Clinicians in this role typically maintain a consistent weekly schedule based on availability.
This is not traditional home health. All care is provided within one community, allowing for an efficient schedule without excessive driving. You will deliver outpatient-style treatments without the pressures of a high-volume clinic.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 treatment sessions in an on-site setting
- Follow the plan of care established by the supervising PT
- Complete documentation using a streamlined system
- Communicate with patients and the care team
