The Customer Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping within a dynamic team environment. This position involves managing various data systems to maintain up-to-date and organized records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer service operations through meticulous information handling and communication.

 

Responsibilities

  • Enter a variety of data using current technologies including CRM and proprietary software
  • Prepare and sort documents for efficient data entry processes
  • Create and maintain logs to track data and activities accurately
  • Review and update data within systems to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly
  • Report data-related issues to supervisors or management
  • Support regular client interactions through data management tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in data entry roles
  • Associate Degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency in data management and document handling
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
