Brand Ambassador

Resilient Enterprises is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized clients by creating memorable experiences, building authentic connections, and increasing brand awareness through in-person interactions and promotional events.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence.
• Engage with customers during promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
• Share product and service information in a clear, engaging, and informative manner.
• Build positive relationships that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate products and explain promotional offers when applicable.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and execution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives and maintain a positive event experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong public speaking and communication abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in promotions, hospitality, retail, customer service, or public-facing roles is a plus but not required.
