We are currently have an immediate need for an Entry Level Customer Engagement Representative to join our growing outreach and event team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, nonprofit outreach, event support, communications, fundraising, or community engagement. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to event attendees, donors, and community supporters
- Represent nonprofit partners at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
- Answer questions regarding nonprofit missions, fundraising efforts, and community programs
- Assist with attendee engagement, customer inquiries, and follow-up support
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to community members
- Support event coordination and ensure a positive guest experience at outreach events
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused presence during all campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to help achieve event and fundraising goals
- Accurately collect customer feedback and assist with reporting when needed
Qualifications:
- No prior customer service or event experience required — full paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
