We are a growing organization that partners with nonprofit and community-based programs to support outreach initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and public engagement events.

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, communications, community outreach, event support, or public relations.

In this position, you will assist with customer interactions, support outreach activities, and help create positive experiences at community events and engagement campaigns.

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities for motivated individuals looking to grow professionally.

We welcome candidates from backgrounds including retail, hospitality, food service, sports, communications, volunteer work, and entry-level marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer support during events and outreach campaigns
  • Answer questions regarding nonprofit programs and community initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with community members and event attendees
  • Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and participation
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and customer service goals
  • Represent nonprofit partners and community programs professionally
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
  • Support daily operations and event coordination as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Outgoing personality and strong people skills preferred
