Community Outreach Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Associate to join our Marketing & Communications Division. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about public relations, community engagement, event marketing, brand promotion, and building meaningful connections with consumers and community partners.

As a Community Outreach Associate, you will serve as a vital link between our clients, local communities, and target audiences. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, and community outreach programs designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and create a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives through professional face-to-face communication.
• Engage with consumers to provide information, promote client programs, and create positive brand experiences.
• Support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns, community events, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate product distribution, consumer interactions, and campaign materials to ensure successful outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate participant records, process orders, and track campaign-related data for reporting purposes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, consumers, and internal marketing teams.
• Assist with market research and identify opportunities to expand client programs within new communities.
• Collaborate with the Public Relations Director and marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand visibility and community engagement.
• Support grassroots marketing efforts, promotional events, and consumer education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, public relations, sales, customer service, event marketing, field marketing, or brand promotions is a plus.
• Experience with community organizations, volunteer programs, nonprofit initiatives, or outreach events is highly valued.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse groups and build professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills.
