We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Event Assistant to join our team. This entry-level, client-facing role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in event marketing, brand promotions, experiential marketing, or marketing support. You'll gain hands-on experience executing client campaigns while working alongside experienced marketing professionals at exciting live events.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events, brand activations, promotional campaigns, and trade shows.
- Represent client brands professionally while engaging with event attendees and creating memorable brand experiences.
- Support on-site event operations, including promotional materials, product displays, staffing support, and event execution.
- Help ensure events run smoothly by monitoring event flow and resolving on-site challenges.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives before, during, and after events.
- Travel to event locations and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Track event performance, collect attendee feedback, and assist with post-event reporting.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering exceptional customer and client experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, campus leadership, retail promotions, customer service, or event experience encouraged).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site at live events and engaging with the public.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
