What You'll Do
- Perform imaging examinations according to physicians' orders using a variety of equipment.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation dose calibration, and minimal exposure (ALARA principle).
- Deliver high-quality diagnostic images while addressing unique patient needs.
- Apply clinical judgment and collaborate with care teams to optimize patient care.
What You Need
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- CA Radiographer License upon hire.
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 180 days.
- BLS – American Heart Association.
