What You Will Do
- Empower clinicians: Provide high quality supervision and mentorship to associates, guiding them in delivering effective therapy services.
- Provide therapy services: Offer psychotherapy to individuals and ideally couples and families.
- Innovate and collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists to share strategies, refine services, and improve outcomes.
- Grow and thrive: Access ongoing professional development, including specialized training and leadership opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed therapist: Valid California license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Meets BBS requirements to supervise associates. Licensed for at least two years and has completed all required supervision coursework.
- Clinical expertise: Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Training in ERP and EMDR is a strong plus.
- Leadership skills: Ability to mentor, lead, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Compassion and empathy: A client centered approach with genuine dedication to helping others.
- Technology: Proficient with Google Workspace and SimplePractice.
Background Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- At least two years of post licensure experience
- Completion of BBS required Clinical Supervisor training
