⭐ What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person individual, couples, family, or child therapy
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Maintain ethical and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team communication & case consultation
- Engage in ongoing learning and supervision (provided for LLPCs)
- Integrate Christian faith-based counseling when appropriate or requested
⭐ Qualifications
- Michigan LPC or LLPC
- Master’s degree in Counseling/Clinical Mental Health Counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with children, teens, or adults
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule and caseload
- EMDR or Brainspotting highly desirable (or willingness to train)
