Residual Solutions LLC is hiring experienced residential roofers to join a new shingle roofing crew. Responsibilities Residential roof tear-offs Ice & water shield and underlayment Asphalt shingle installation Drip edge, valleys and ridge vents Basic flashing and pipe boots Decking/plywood replacement Jobsite setup and cleanup Proper use of ladders, fall protection and PPE Work efficiently while maintaining quality
Qualifications Residential roofing experience required Reliable transportation required Comfortable working at heights Knowledge of safe roofing and ladder practices
Dependable and able to work as part of a crew Able to perform physical roofing work OSHA 10/30 preferred Own tools are a plus, but not required We're looking for reliable roofers who know the work, show up, work safely and take pride in quality.
