What You'll Do as a Shift Leader

As a Direct Support Shift Leader, you'll guide, support, and uplift residents in a warm, home-like setting. Your leadership will help ensure that every individual receives the care, attention, and respect they deserve. Each day brings purpose, connection, and opportunities to truly make an impact.

You Will:

• Support with Compassion: Assist residents with daily routines, personal care, and medications during evening hours.

• Stay Cool in the Moment: Handle medical or behavioral challenges with calm, professional care using our well-established protocols.

• Bring Joy Daily: Foster engagement through fun social, recreational, and skill-building activities.

• Keep It All Together: Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to provide seamless support, while keeping accurate documentation.

• Create a Safe Haven: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment with light housekeeping and regular safety checks.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare

• Strong communication and people skills

• Calm under pressure and able to follow healthcare protocols

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

🕒 Option 1: Wednesday-Saturday

• Wed: 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM

• Thurs: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

• Fri: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

• Sat: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

🕒 Option 2: Sunday-Wednesday

• Sun: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

• Mon: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Tues: 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM

• Wed: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
