Benefits Coordinator – In-Office | Keene or Londonderry NH

We’re on the hunt for a Benefits Coordinator who can juggle health plans, leave plans, retirement options, and the occasional confused employee with grace, humor, and a whole lot of heart for our 550 employees in NH, ME and NY.
What You’ll Be Doing (besides being awesome):
- Keep benefits running like clockwork—from enrollments and changes to terminations, all on time and error-free.
- Be the benefits systems guru, maintaining HRIS and platforms with precision and care.
- Solve benefit puzzles, whether it’s billing issues, enrollment confusion, or service hiccups.
- Own open enrollment season, coordinating communications, system updates, and employee support like a pro.
- Answer employee benefit questions with clarity and kindness, making complex info easy to understand.
- Create and share helpful resources, like guides and FAQs that actually make sense.
- Keep records squeaky clean, supporting audits and reports with accurate data.
- Manage leave programs with empathy and efficiency, guiding employees through FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and more.
- Stay on top of compliance, ensuring we meet all federal and state regulations like ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business or related field experience and certifications may be substituted.
- A minimum of three years benefits administration experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.
- A sense of humor and a love for helping people.
