Benefits Coordinator – In-Office | Keene or Londonderry NH


Do you get a little too excited about open enrollment season? Are you the kind of person who reads the fine print for fun? If so, we want you on our Human Resources team!


We’re on the hunt for a Benefits Coordinator who can juggle health plans, leave plans, retirement options, and the occasional confused employee with grace, humor, and a whole lot of heart for our 550 employees in NH, ME and NY.


What You’ll Be Doing (besides being awesome):

  • Keep benefits running like clockwork—from enrollments and changes to terminations, all on time and error-free.
  • Be the benefits systems guru, maintaining HRIS and platforms with precision and care.
  • Solve benefit puzzles, whether it’s billing issues, enrollment confusion, or service hiccups.
  • Own open enrollment season, coordinating communications, system updates, and employee support like a pro.
  • Answer employee benefit questions with clarity and kindness, making complex info easy to understand.
  • Create and share helpful resources, like guides and FAQs that actually make sense.
  • Keep records squeaky clean, supporting audits and reports with accurate data.
  • Manage leave programs with empathy and efficiency, guiding employees through FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and more.
  • Stay on top of compliance, ensuring we meet all federal and state regulations like ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA.


What You Bring to the Table: 

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business or related field experience and certifications may be substituted.
  • A minimum of three years benefits administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • A sense of humor and a love for helping people.
