What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Remodel Installer position at Residential Reface?
Residential Reface is growing, and we’re looking to add a reliable, hard-working Cabinet Installer to our team. No extensive experience is required — we provide hands-on training. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the remodeling industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with and perform cabinet refacing installations
- Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware
- Help with backsplash installation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work directly with the owner and team on residential projects
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and on time every day
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Basic hand tool knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
