Reporting to the CEO, this senior leadership role will set the vision, strategy and execution for all learning initiatives, including certifications, continuing education, workshops, conferences and our world-class instructor cadre.

- Salary Range: $110-$140 depending on skills and experience
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
- Develop, implement and continually refine the Council's education strategy to align with organizational goals and evolving industry needs
- Serve as a thought leader in education, bringing innovation, vision and the ability to influence and inspire across the organization and industry
- Lead the design, execution, and management of high-quality education programs in various mediums including face-to-face, virtual and digital learning
- Identify and deliver timely, relevant, and innovative content by leveraging industry trends, research and best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations and vendors to expand offerings and services
- Oversee all instructor-related functions including applications, certification and recertification processes, qualification criteria, records management and professional development
- Direct the creation of training materials, course content, and instructor resources
- Coordinate internal teams on course scheduling, agreements, marketing promotions and website/registration content
- Ensure accuracy and reporting for course requests, instructor availability and contracts.
- Partner with Customer Care team to provide timely updates, resources and FAQs for customer inquiries
- Supervise staff and contractors, fostering cross-training and professional growth and performance
- Perform other duties or special projects as needed to advance strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with educational operations support
- Manage professional development and cross training of direct reports
TALENTS AND CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in Business or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of experience at a leadership role
- Experience with real estate associations a plus
- Demonstrated success in business operations, education program development, educational theory, and use of instructional technology applicable to deliver educational curriculum
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver results
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Skilled in project management, time management, and prioritizing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing staff and fostering high-performance teams
- Proficient with Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable with a positive team-focused approach
- 10-15 % travel required - to Chicago office or business-related events
