Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Director located in South Bend, IN. The Program Director for Waiver Services oversees programs providing Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), managing staff, budgets, and compliance to ensure individuals with disabilities or seniors receive necessary supports and can live in the community. Key responsibilities include developing person-centered service plans, coordinating with healthcare providers and agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and managing quality assurance
