Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse at our location in Leawood, KS. The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include patient assessments, implementing and monitoring care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with team members to ensure continuity of care. The role also involves patient and caregiver education, documentation of patient progress, and coordination with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
- Experience with patient assessments, care planning, and administering treatments
- Proficiency in using medical technologies and maintaining accurate documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to healthcare
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Experience in home health or hospice care preferred
