Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Consultant to join our extraordinary care team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. The successful candidate will partner with our field staff and leaders to provide outstanding support to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency's scope of service.
- Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity.
- Educate referral sources on the Home Health, Journey, Palliative, and Hospice offering, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, and physicians.
Requirements
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
- One-year of healthcare marketing experience preferred.
