Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies and hallways.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
