Envision Day is a unique, person-centered program that offers adults with disabilities a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and socialize. Envision is currently seeking a Program Supervisor for Envision Day. The Program Supervisor oversees day services operations and ensures high-quality, person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role supervises staff, coordinates daily services, develops meaningful activities, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and agency requirements. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or co-occurring conditions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to write clear protocols.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) with the ability to create documents, manage email and calendars, maintain simple spreadsheets, and collaborate effectively in a digital work environment.
- Reliable insured vehicle; valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50lbs.), bending, transferring, and prolonged walking/standing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Activity Therapy or related Human Service field.
- One year of experience providing adult day support.
- Experience with Trauma Responsive Care.
- Experience supervising staff
