Schedule & Availability
- Part-time, weekend positions
- Residential locations throughout Hamilton County
Pay & Compensation
- Starting base pay: $18/hour
- Opportunity to earn up to $2/hour additional through:
- Qualifying site premium ($1/hr)
- DSP Longevity Program completion (if you have 2 years of verifiable experience as a DSP) ($1/hr)
Training & Experience
- Training provided
- Previous direct care support experience is preferred
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Insured personal vehicle
- Driving record requirements:
- Ages 21 : fewer than 5 points
- Ages 18–20: no points
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
