Hey, I’m Jacky — founder of Residence Supply. We started as a tiny Miami lighting brand obsessed with historical architecture… and in two years we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted fixtures, and built a cult following of design lovers who care about real craftsmanship.
Now we’re on the edge of something huge — new product lines, our own design studio, retail expansion, and a brand that’s about to hit a whole new tier. And I’m looking for someone who wants to join right before the explosion.
We’re hiring a Product Development Manager who also has an Industrial Design skillset. Someone who can sketch, CAD, prototype, talk to factories, refine details, and bring products to life. If you want to shape a brand before it becomes iconic, this is the moment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of industrial designers and engineers
- Turn concepts into real products
- Sketch, CAD, model, and refine new designs
- Manage sampling, revisions, QC, and production
- Work with vendors globally to perfect materials and finishes
- Collaborate with our 3D team, sourcing team, and content team
- Help define the Residence Supply design language as we scale
The Ideal Candidate
- Follows brands like Soho Home, Restoration Hardware, & other cultural design brands
- Industrial Designer or hybrid PDM/ID
- Knows manufacturing, materials, and CAD
- Has real products in production (not just concepts)
- Understands sampling cycles and vendor communication
- Strong taste and attention to detail
- Fast, proactive, organized, and opinionated
