We’re the fastest-growing design-driven lighting & hardware brand in the U.S. In two years, we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a cult following of designers, builders, and homeowners who obsess over heritage, not hype. Our products live in Architectural Digest-level projects, and now we want our presence in Miami to match the caliber of the work.

We’re not hiring a corporate “outside rep.”

We’re hunting for a relationship architect — someone who already speaks the language of designers and contractors, who walks job sites like a second home, and who knows the power of putting the right product in the right hands.

Someone who can walk into a design studio with a sample kit and walk out with a project.

Someone who feels more like a trusted advisor than a salesperson.

Someone who wants their income to grow as fast as the territory they build.

What You’ll Do

• Meet Miami’s top designers, architects, contractors, and builders — the ones who create the spaces people talk about.
• Show product samples like a storyteller, not a spec sheet reader.
• Turn showroom visits, site walkthroughs, and studio drop-ins into revenue.
• Build a territory from Doral outward - with no ceiling on how big it gets.
• Follow up on projects, quotes, proposals, and design requests with precision.
• Become the rep people call first when they’re choosing fixtures, panels, hardware, or full-scale lighting packages.
• Build real relationships - the kind that turn one order into 20.
• Use our catalog, CRM (Pipedrive), and marketing engine to stay sharp and organized.
• Become the connector between Residence Supply and Miami’s design ecosystem.

This isn’t door-to-door. This is network-to-network, and we want someone who already has a few doors open.

What You Bring

• 3 years selling lighting, hardware, kitchen/bath, materials, or design-build products
• Existing relationships with designers, architects, and contractors
• The confidence to walk into a studio and own the room
• The taste level to speak design fluently — modern, contemporary, luxury, transitional
• A hunter’s mentality with a consultant’s finesse
• Ability to manage $65K–$85K/month in project pipeline
• A brain that never stops thinking: “Who else needs this? What project is coming next?”
• A car, a sample kit (we’ll give you ours), and the drive to build your own territory from the ground up

What We’re Offering

• $50K base salary
• 5% commission on all sales (uncapped — your income grows with your relationships)
• Realistic Year 1 earnings: $90K–$110K
• Car/mileage reimbursement
• Full autonomy over your territory

You’ll be trusted — and expected — to turn Miami into something huge.

Your Target (So There’s Zero Confusion)

You’ll own a target of:

• $800,000–$1,000,000 in annual sales
• $65K–$85K per month

Hit that, and you’re already winning.

How You Fit Into the Team

You’ll work directly with the Director of Sales (and eventually build the Miami sales organization). You’re the face of Residence Supply in Doral — the rep designers send photos to at midnight asking, “Which finish should we go with?”
