Guest Service Representative – Full-Time
Residence Inn by Marriott – Roseville, MN
Pay: $15.50/hr to $17.50/hr (based on experience)
Shifts: 7am–3pm OR 3pm–11pm (alternating days, not both in one day)

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused individual to join our front desk team at the Residence Inn in Roseville. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to be part of something special at a property that values teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude

• Provide local recommendations and support to enhance the guest experience

• Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to work a rotating schedule (7am–3pm some days, 3pm–11pm on others)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Dependability and strong attention to detail

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
