Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional guest services throughout their stay.
- Perform nightly audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating guest accounts, and ensuring accuracy of all billing records.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with efficiency and courtesy.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate departments while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety inspections to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review.
- Assist with special guest requests or issues promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills and hospitality management expertise.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse guests.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence.
