Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas with precision and efficiency
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are stocked to meet hotel standards
- Perform detailed floor care including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in all surfaces
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, and windows to uphold high standards of hygiene
- Follow established custodial procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety
Experience
- Prior hotel housekeeping or janitorial experience is highly preferred; experience in hospitality settings is a plus
- Proven skills in cleaning, floor care, and custodial work with a focus on quality and attention to detail
