A Typical Shift
You’ll start your day by checking in with the team, reviewing the day’s room list, and gathering the linens and amenities you’ll need. As the morning moves along, you’ll work through your assignments at a steady pace, coordinating with the front desk on priority rooms and adjusting as checkouts and requests come in. Throughout the shift, you’ll keep an eye on details that guests notice—fresh presentation, tidy common areas, and a calm, respectful presence in the halls. Before heading out, you’ll wrap up notes, restock for the next day, and confirm everything is set for incoming guests.
