Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain immaculate surfaces throughout the property.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure swift resolution.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality roles is preferred; hotel or custodial experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items when necessary.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
