Part Time Weekend Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Saturday and Sunday Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and possess excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet for guests
- Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Assist in bussing tables and dishwashing as required
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Experience:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or catering environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Familiarity with coffee preparation and basic cooking techniques
- Experience with meat cutting or food preparation is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
