Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel property, including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform janitorial duties around the hotel property.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Execute hotel painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
