We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our property to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming to maintain a spotless appearance.
• Assist with furniture arrangement, linen changes, and replenishing supplies to support housekeeping operations.
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and bathroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards.
• Support hotel staff with light maintenance duties and report any repairs or safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored properly after use.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
