Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent and part-time night auditor to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Marriott and/or Fosse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred; the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
• Hospitality management background or related education is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and guest interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
