Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
- Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal practices are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained properly and report any repairs or replacements needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping operations or housekeeper management is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and disinfectants.
