Duties

- Perform calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest needs or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed.
Requirements
