New Hotel Opening- Marriott Sales Coordinator

As a key member of our opening team, you will support the sales department by coordinating client communications, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations. Duties

• Assist the sales team in developing and executing outreach strategies to attract corporate, leisure, and event clients
• Manage and update client databases using tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce, ensuring accurate and current information
• Handle incoming inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer support
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for sales managers using efficient scheduling practices
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and correspondence with attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
• Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, account management with Salesforce, and maintaining office supplies
• Provide front desk support including greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and overseeing multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth communication flow

Requirements

• Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated clerical or administrative experience, including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
• Excellent computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft applications and hotel PMS like Fosse/Opera
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
• Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service excellence
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Prior personal assistant, office management or hotel experience is highly desirable
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
