**Schedule**
Sunday and Monday: 3pm-11pm or 7am - 3pm depending on coverage needs
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and excited Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest service at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
- Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform night audit duties as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous
