About the job:
The Guest Experience Associate ensures that all Reside Corporate Housing units meet quality standards prior to guest arrival. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and closing out units, performing inspections, coordinating deliveries, and providing exceptional service to guests. The position requires technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Task Inspect corporate housing units using quality assurance checklists to ensure units are guest-ready
- Perform minor cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, scrubbing, and touch-up painting
- Set up, troubleshoot, and exchange internet/cable equipment as needed
- Replace or restock missing items in units
- Conduct occupied unit inspections and document any damage
- Load and unload, prepare, pick up, deliver, and store houseware items.
- Complete daily work orders and communicate additional needs to dispatch
- Maintain vehicle inventory, inspect vehicle daily, and restock necessary items
- Assemble key packets and deliver keys to designated locations
- Provide tours and meet-and-greets for guests
- Assist guests with the movement of personal belongings
- Perform pest inspections in unoccupied units
- Complete all applicable paperwork
- Other duties as assigned

About you:
What you’ll bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate housing, hospitality, or facilities maintenance preferred.

- Attention to Detail: Consistently demonstrates thoroughness and precision in inspections, cleaning, documentation, and unit preparation; identifies deficiencies, discrepancies, or damage that could impact guest experience or operational standards and ensures corrective action is taken.
Work Environment:
- This position operates in a combination of office, warehouse, and field environments. The role requires regular time spent at managed properties, off-site storage locations, and vendor sites. Field work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, building conditions, and moderate noise levels. The employee will routinely operate company vehicles and must be comfortable driving between locations. The office environment includes standard desk space, computer, and phone usage with typical office noise levels.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and listen. The role frequently requires the use of hands and arms for computer work, phone communication, equipment handling, and operational tasks. The employee must be able to drive company vehicles for extended periods of time.
The position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds, including furniture, equipment, and supplies. The employee may be required to load and unload materials, move furniture, and navigate stairs or uneven surfaces at field locations. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. The role may occasionally require working in stressful conditions and maintaining focus for extended periods.
